Service and seller
Seen is a digital event service for collecting photos with Film and voice memories with Tape. The seller is APPNOX LTD. These terms cover purchases on the Seen website. Purchases through Apple follow Apple’s terms and refund process.
Packages and payment
Each capacity package is used for one Film or Tape event. The host counts toward the limit. A five-person package with a limited memory allowance is free. The unlimited memories add-on removes the per-person photo or recording limit for one event; it does not increase guest capacity. There is no subscription or automatic renewal. An upgrade costs the full price of the new package, without deducting earlier payments.
Price and delivery
All prices and payments are in US dollars (USD). Your packages and total are shown before payment. Your bank may apply separate currency or card fees. Stripe processes the payment. Once payment is verified, allowances are delivered to your account; finish your event or resume from Orders. If the network or verification is delayed, check your order before paying again.
Cancellation and refunds
Request a full refund for an unused web package within 14 days of purchase. Email info@appnox.co.uk with the order reference and account email. For used packages, we assess technical problems and applicable consumer rights. This policy does not limit statutory cancellation rights or remedies for faulty services. Deleting an account or event does not automatically refund a payment. Approved refunds go to the original payment method; bank processing times vary.

Memories, access and responsibilities
Upload only content you have the right to share and respect others’ privacy. Illegal, abusive or rights-infringing content is prohibited. Anyone with the invitation link may join; share it carefully. The host sets visibility and reveal time. You retain ownership of your content; we store, process and display it to permitted people to provide the service.
Compatibility and support
Use a current browser and an internet connection. Camera, microphone, notifications and device sharing depend on browser support and your permissions. Download and back up important memories. For problems, complaints or payment support, email info@appnox.co.uk. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Keep a copy of these terms using your browser’s Print / Save as PDF feature.
